Dates: April 12-14, 2013 (5pm Fri. – 1pm Sun.)


This year we walk in illumination:
“As we work to create light for others, we naturally light our own way”


      From Fri. REGISTRATION at 5pm (bring snacks to share) through Sat. night’s “Signing Auction” and free ASL movie “The Versa Effect”, and concluding with lunch on Sunday, This is a Silent Weekend…All SOCIAL TIMES are SILENT with signing or notes only…fines imposed at $.10 a word with max is $1.00 per slip up. **Safe zones: front desk and workshops. Notice: Workshops may or may not be interpreted and/or voiced (Deaf presenter). We strive for total enrichment and equal access for all participants to all events. COST: $175.00 (full weekend lodging, 5 meals, workshop and games, folders, raffle.) ITP students: $150 (preregistered) Deaf/HH: $120.00 (same benefits)
Sat. only… $80. ($50 students/ $30 Deaf with preregistering…
day registration includes 2 meals). RID CEUs: add/+ $5.00
*** $10 late fee after 3/30.
Cancellations: no refunds after 3/30.

Directions to Bambi Lake
NOTICE: GPS and MapQuest directions will take
you to the BACK of Bambi Lake, a seasonal road.
Enter Bambi Lake on Old-76. (989-275-5844)

From the South on I-75 (Flint, Detroit, Etc.):
• Travel North on I-75 to exit 222 (St. Helen)
• From the exit ramp, turn right and go 13.0 miles through St. Helen on Old-76.
• Bambi Lake will be on your left side. There will be a yellow sign 1/2 mile before
our driveway to notify you.
From the South on US-127 (Mt. Pleasant / Lansing / Etc.):
Follow US-127 North to exit at 206 (North Higgins Lake Drive, which turns into
Old-76) which is on the North side of Higgins Lake. Turn right at the exit ramp, and
follow it 9.25 miles until the center of Roscommon, then another 3.5 miles to Bambi.
From the North (Gaylord, Upper Peninsula, Etc.):
• Take I-75 South to exit 244. Exit 244 to Bambi: 7.4 mile
• At the exit ramp, turn left to go into Roscommon (about 4 miles). The first stoplight
(M-18) is the main intersection of Roscommon.
• Continue straight on Old-76 for another 3.5 miles, and Bambi will be on your r
